- No Cash Value
- Void to the extent prohibited by law.
- Maximum cash back limit is $5.00 -
(member restaurant may substitute their own gift certificate in lieu of cash)
- May not be combined with any other third party certificate, coupon or promotion.
- Reproduction, sale or trade is prohibited.
- Dine-in Only.
- Not Refundable if Lost or Stolen.
- Certificates may only be redeemed at restaurants. Not refundable for cash.
- Restaurant Members Subject to Change Without Notice.
- eDineGifts Certificates NOT Valid Without Affixed proprietary Hologram Image.
- One Gift Card is provided free with each order placed. Additional Gift Cards can be purchased on the Order Page for $.50 each.
- Shipping & Handling charges of $6.95 (standard) and $18.95 (overnight) apply to the first 20 gift certificates ordered, each additional gift certificate on the same order (21 thru xxx) will incur a 75¢ per certificate charge.
- eDineGifts is not responsible for merchandise that is undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser's failure to enter accurate delivery information (address, city, state, zip), or when 60 days have passed since the date eDineGifts shipped the certificate(s). eDineGifts is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
