What is eDineGifts?
eDineGifts is the premier "Universal" Dining Gift Certificate business catering to both consumer and corporate markets. Our gift certificates are redeemable at any of our member restaurants. Send the perfect gift for any occasion that everyone enjoys - Dining! We've made the process very easy by removing the hassle of traveling to the actual restaurant to purchase a gift. Plus, your recipient has many restaurant and cuisine options to choose from!
How do I order?
Simply proceed to our "Order Gift Certificate Now" area and complete the 5 step process. The entire process takes only a few minutes and your gift will be on its way!
How does the redemption process work?
The recipient simply brings the eDineGifts certificate to any of our participating member restaurants for redemption. There are no black out dates or restrictions, the gift certificate works the same as cash and can be presented at any time during your meal.
What are the associated fees with your service?
We charge a $6.95 processing fee (shipping w/ delivery confirmation & handling) per order for the first 20 certificates ($18.95 for overnight shipments). Additional certificates (more than 20) on the same order will be billed at 75¢ each. The fees is charged to your credit card in addition to the gift certificate order total.
What if we do not use the entire gift certificate(s) value in 1 visit to an eDineGifts member restaurant?
There is a $5.00 cash back limit on all certificate redemptions, whether a single gift certificate or multiple certificates are presented as payment of the dining bill. The restaurant has the option to provide their own gift certificate in lieu of cash.
Can I utilize restaurant discount coupons obtained from other sources in addition to an eDineGifts certificate?
An eDineGifts member restaurant is not obligated to accept promotional or discount coupons when presented along with an eDineGifts certificate for payment.
Why should I order a gift certificate from eDineGifts rather than the restaurant directly?
For three very simple reasons: 1) You do not have to travel to the restaurant to purchase the gift certificate. 2) We package the certificate as an attractive gift and ship the next business day. You save time, headaches and hassle. 3) The gift recipient can choose from hundreds of quality restaurants versus just the one you purchased the gift certificate from.
How long will it take for my gift recipient to receive the gift certificate?
We guarantee next day order processing and mail the gift certificate via first class postage with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Overnight shipping is also available at an additional cost to the purchaser.
Is it safe to use my credit card for Internet purchasing of goods and services?
We use the latest security measures available including digital certificates & secure socket layer encryption through Verisign payment services. Credit card information is converted to an unreadable format, transmitted and then translated back by an authorized processor to complete the transaction. We continually monitor and research the latest breakthroughs in Internet security application processing.
Can I personalize my gift certificate?
Yes, we have designed the gift greeting card to allow space for personalized messaging! You can even recommend that your recipient visit a specific eDineGifts member restaurant.
